We checked in around 2 am because of a late flight. The check in process took more than 10 minutes. The room allotted had direct electricity (all lights operated without room card) except the AC. The person asked us to wait in the corridor and promised to return soon. He took more than 20 minutes to return with another person. We literally had to argue with him to give us another room. Finally went to sleep around 3 am. Breakfast was another huge let down. My first impression - Disappointment.

Bad Experience and Sad to see Property this way

It's highly shocking the state of this property. Going from Fav stay in Gurgaon to maybe second thoughts of staying there. To start with the Towel,Bed covers and Bedsheet soiled and dirty the excuse given Laundry Arrangement not up to mark. But it's no excuse to put unhygienic substandard linen. the fridge wasn't cooling A positive early check in request was granted. My stay at foxtrail hotel was pleasant. The ambiance, staff behavior, food, and location were all excellent. The room was also good. It was a comfortable stay. Breakfast service was also excellent, where in ms. Nitya was very amiable & helpful. Very good hotel for business trips.
