Poor Stay
We checked in around 2 am because of a late flight. The check in process took more than 10 minutes. The room allotted had direct electricity (all lights operated without room card) except the AC. The person asked us to wait in the corridor and promised to return soon. He took more than 20 minutes to return with another person. We literally had to argue with him to give us another room. Finally went to sleep around 3 am. Breakfast was another huge let down. My first impression - Disappointment.

Excellent Stay
One of the nicest properties in this budget. I have ever stayed at foxtrail 4 times now and I have almost always had a great stay. The staff is possibly the best, very helpful and friendly. Safe and perfectly located minutes away from the metro station

Bad Experience and Sad to see Property this way
It's highly shocking the state of this property. Going from Fav stay in Gurgaon to maybe second thoughts of staying there. To start with the Towel,Bed covers and Bedsheet soiled and dirty the excuse given Laundry Arrangement not up to mark. But it's no excuse to put unhygienic substandard linen. the fridge wasn't cooling A positive early check in request was granted. Stayed at foxtrail sector 42 Gurgaon, location is good, rooms are average, asked for room slippers and good night spary no response by staff, really poor service and all towels were smelling

Our experience was horrible. Staff moved baggage without information to another room when all suitcases with valuables were open and no one was in room.

Good Stay
My stay at foxtrail hotel was pleasant. The ambiance, staff behavior, food, and location were all excellent. The room was also good. There was a minor issue with washroom maintenance, but the team promptly offered to change my room, which i declined. Overall, a positive experience with great service.

soloSplendid stay at this property. it's my go to in Gurgaon great location courteous staff and great food special mention for the staff all are brilliant might miss a few. Mr.Roshan, Aman,Abhishek,Nitya,Laxman. The House Keeping staff are excellent and kind. the chef too is good. overall highly recommended place. sorry for missing out on other names. from the security guard to everyone in this place are superb people. it's become home away from home
