Untidy room , Ac broken , walls are undone , No basic amendment was in room , Bedsheets seems to be not washed since long, Totally unhygienic

The rooms are large but still the furniture was inconvenient. The toilet door was not closing properly. We got drinking water after asking for it four times. Even after paying so much, we had to buy breakfast.

Nice budget friendly hotel. Delivered what was expected. Little harder to find on map but is actually at a decent location

Over all cleanliness was very good but the venue needs to improve their water flow better and they need to provide water bottle too.

Best Hotel in Gurgaon Lywood stay. Best food and service staff . Location is amazing with Sushant Lok

When we reached the location we had specifically asked them to provide a clean room, as soon as we entered the room the floor was wet, bed side table had gluey stains, even the telephone had sticky thing on it, the mirror had stains and even the basin had dirt and stains. There was a menu card upon opening it was all with dirt and stains. We tried to call the reception but the telephone was not working, there were no towels, no toilet paper so I called the hotel from the app we requested them to provide the necessities and clean the room, they said they will be sending someone but they never did , we even asked the housekeeper from our floor even they didn’t clean it. Very dirty very unhygienic never going back again. Make my trip should take actions for providing such a pathetic customer service.

The ac and TV was not working. The room was also dirty and toiletries are not provided.. Not happy with the stay

They don't give dental kit and also gizzer is also not working. Room is also not clean and smell bad.

Breakfast starts at 9 am onwards which is impractical for office people. This is a major turn down and waste of money
