Apartment was not clean, bedsheets and washroom

After using the room for one hour, you started claiming the bedsheet is dirty. Even after changing the room for you, you are still uploading pictures from the previous room. Obviously, if someone has already used the room, the bedsheet will naturally have some marks.
A great stay.
I find it on make my trip. At first I was skeptical but later on during the stay, I actually loved it. A great stay with almost everything within walking reach.

Best place to stay in Gurgaon
The property was located at a really nice place The room was clean and was provided with every facilities be it iron, iron table, hair dryer , microwave, refrigerator etc. The service was also fast and the staff was very helpful.

Terrible Stay
at first the host was not present we tried to contact him again and again but he did not pick up the call we had already paid the amount for our stay and on continuously calling the host, she did not pick up the call, it was totally a disappointment After we reached the studio the washroom was so unhygienic, and congested ,infact the door doesn't work properly and near the bed there were ashes of ciggerate all around.tv remote doesn't work,wifi had no internet access totally an awful experience.

Aditi booked for 2 nights. She did not come the first night. The second night, after getting the check-in, she put in a request for a full refund saying she has not checked in even though she was in the apartment. When we refused the refund for the first night because she did not come on her own accord, she gave us a bad review. While we apologise that she didn't go back home 100% satisfied. Stay is very beautiful. The view of outside is amazing. It’s hygiene, pretty and staff is well behaved too. I would recommend this stay atleast once.

I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel, even when I asked if they could organise hiring a tuxedo for the evening they were able to arrange everything...

Bad expe
The washroom door didn't close. In the bookings it was told that it's a king size bed, but it was a smaller version of the queen size bed. The key they gave us for the room was broken the moment i inserted it in the lock. They gave a replaced key and took around 45 minutes. The washroom was not clean. Overall it was for a price could have gotten something better

Everything was sent to you in a note that the door of the washroom is disebled by maintanace team . And the door of the main gate locks automatically locked, so you have to keep the keys with you. If you make a mistake after telling everything then it is your mistake. And you have not told even once for cleaning , if you will not tell then how will it be known what problem you have. so pls dont blame our services
