checking was smooth room cleaning was good chef - food @cal27 was really bad there was no service at all - last day they do try and improvise but still food quality and service was very bad lounge food was also bad

Excellent Stay
Stay at Taj Bengal was extremely well with it’s Club category rooms ! House keeping teams were super courteous and helping every hour! Not to mention the excellent food served across different restaurants ! In totality the stay was excellent and we couldn’t have asked for more !! Special mention of Sahu ji from housekeeping team who welcomed us with his smile everyone we entered the floor ! 5/5 for Taj Bengal 👏🏻

Excellent Stay
The hotel staff were very friendly and always eager to assist the guests. Both the dinner and breakfast buffet were excellent. They even did a small decoration for us for our special occasion, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and nicely arranged, although the AC vent had a problem and the floor was quite wet and damp in the morning. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

It was a great room. There was ironing board, iron, large glass windows, could see vidyasagar setu from room. Lovely breakfast. Smooth check in check out process . Really liked it.

Deluxe Room booking
I had booked deluxe room with King Size bed, not sure why my booking was downgraded to twin bed deluxe room. One should understand that if someone is taking their 1 year old child it is very difficult to accommodate on twin bed.
