Hotel staff not good service & cooperate room check out time 12:00 pm but hotel staff ask 10:30 am

Location good services were poor amenities was ok food was ok overall average over all average service poor

Don't ever book this property for ladies or family, their services is pathetic and allow bachelor's, very unsafe for ladies and staffs also very rude.

Beheviar is not good. Hotel room is darty. No thanks

Hygiene conditions were very poor. Lift was inoperational. Location very inside. I did not like it

The provided room number was 401, on the 4th floor. The hotel has lift but it was not in working condition from several months. The room did not have geyser, when asked for hot water the receptionist said use bathroom of a vacant room which was not clean at all, neither got hot water. The bedsheet, pillow cover and towel were not clean. All of them had stains on it. When asked for replacement multiple times, they replaced only towel. The new towel was wet. The floor has few pieces of broken glasses when asked to broom the room, they didn't. No toiletries were provided.

The behaviour of all the receptionist was terrible. They are very rude. They don't have sense of hospitality. Their staff told me to vacant hotel at 11 am while my booking was till 12 noon. Thanks. No, that's all at my end !

For the last 3 years lift is out of order. Room is too small for 3persons. When asked came to know room no 102 given if four persons booked. Food are horrible.

Good room, but can be still better

bath room is horrible . exhaust fan is not working. basin pipe is leakage. bedsheet, pillowcover towel is not clean. we were accomodeted on fourth floor. lift is not working we were in hurry and room rent is already paid online. no way but only to survive the night. thanks k k nath

It was worst experience

Decent and courteous staff. Clean environment, affordable but more importantly strategically located right near ancient and dakshineswar temple

Fine & good best staff good room

just visit there. Wohoooo! dirty towels, smelly blankets, and many more. The behaviour of the hotel person's were the cherry on the cake! they can't help because it's dirty. The room was so so dirty, toilet was like a road side one only, worst worst worst. Never visit there. After coming from there i tested covid positive too. Very unprofessional. No sanitization. No bedsheet changes or room cleaning was done by them. Lift was not working. Poorest experience ever!

Good stay, not bad, conducive atmosphere, good behaviour

All bedsheets and pillow covers are very much dirty never changed in my 4days stay. One worker named hira was very much arrogant. Remote control of tv and ac were not provided. Foods are not tasty. Please avoid to stay here as there are so many guest houses are available in this location.

Location is not easily accessible, food was below average, service was not punctual

Every thing was good at hotel.

We stayed for one night here. Room number 105 is given to us is big and has all facilities. Bathroom was smelling and after telling to reception they cleaned it. Further no problems. Food is good and service is good. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Overall, this guest house is good.
