When its comes to Taj obviously amazing experience but sometimes staff not cooperate with guest , but this newly opened place is amazing never had a beautiful experience in kolkata like this first time visit kolkata and stay with taj beautiful

Very friendly and helpful staff. Stay was pleasant and comfortable. Property is well maintained and clean.

Pros - Good property, recently refurbished. Cons - Service not up to the mark, the staff seem novice and untrained, Google location incorrect, breakfast spread was decent but food at the Chinese restaurant was not good. Definitely not what's expected from a Taj property.

best ever mannered staffs very good behavior excellent taste of food and a very neat and clean area . For any help staff didn't decline at all. very amazing loved it will again visit 😀 😊

Room dining service was very poor, lack of clarity among staff, check out process was very poor, I m supposed to checkout at 12.00 pm but actually checked out at 2.30 pm, o have to lift luggage from the room to my car at the time of check out, newly renovated rooms but it was full of damp in the entire room..very poor experience

The apartment food and service was excellent. We are going back soon. Highly recommended for a short peaceful time. Came back rejuvenated.

Extremely terrible location and poor maintenance would not ever advise anyone to visit they are charging the money basis on the fort but its under maintenance and they are allocating hotel rooms to a different location which is kind of abandoned place seems to be very much haunted and crippy only the food was good but over prized over all no pool or spa or any such amenities which is mentioned very bad experience

The rooms are not at all maintained properly. Staffs are courteous, so that's plus, the outer ambience is good. The big no is about the quality and tast of main course foods. Overall not worthy at all.

The location is serene & as peaceful as it can possibly get. Its a lush green huge property, neat clean well maintained. Food is awesome & staff are friendly

Beautiful retreat into nature, with a touch of old zamindari heritage.With it's sprawling lawns, coconut and palm trees all around and extravagant bungalows scattered around the property, it's an extremely relaxing experience. We were a group of 11, staying at Ffort Suites. We had elderly members with us and were constantly helped by the staff with whatever we needed. It's easy to go around with wheelchairs.Rooms were huge, perfect for a lazy winter evening adda with the whole family in the drawing room. Highly recommended for big groups searching for a cosy, personalised experience away from the usual robotic hustle bustle of a typical hotel.

Ffort is under maintenance now. It's not good time to go there honestly. The food was awesome. 3 out of 5 rating by me

Location is amazing. Food is nice. The behavior of staff is very nice. Overall, it is a nice experience and worth spending money on.

This property is undergoing renovation and many services are not on offer. Staff behaviour is mixed, some are attentive and some are casual. Restaurant service and food quality has degraded a lot in compare to my past experiences. Ganges view and garden is fully off and almost zero access now. Linens are under maintained. Overall coziness is absent. I have heard from sources that this property has been taken over by another big house and next 2-3 years it will go many revamp process. It may not be a preferred choice till it resumes with full capacity.

The stay was great. The food was awesome. The arrangements on 24th eve were superb.

Food was delicious but i was given a damp room with poor quality mattress that caused disturbances in sleep. Overall it was not a value for money. We had to face difficulties during check in. We went to main building reception but they advised us to go to an another area for check in. Nothing was mentioned in the booking voucher. From next time i will book directly.

The room was good but the bed sheet was not clean properly with stain and moreover in few places it was torn. Not accepted after paying a good amount for a day.
