As such ITC Sonar always attracts me for its unique structure and overall planning of greeneries accompanied by abundant water and fish. This time breakfast went well without any hiccups. if I compare my experience to other hotels, I am convinced that I would book the peers next time. It was a mistake to book this hotel . I ordered for in room dining and the murg pulao was terrible, extremely oily; chef even forgot to put salt in food. next day when I shared my experience during check out they even didn't bother about my feedback. its only when I demanded to talk to the hotel manager, the matter got some importance to ITC. Manager talked to me and acknowledged the issue and weived off the charges. All I can figure it out that other than the top management rest doesn't care about the hotel. The breakfast menu was average. The sausages were half cut, no taste and looked re boiled. I found a small kitchen knife in room for fruits. For safety reasons, it would be good to replace the kitchen knife with a table knife. on a positive side, I must acknowledge that the room service and cleaning staffs were very cordial and helpful. if I compare my experience to other hotels, I am convinced that I would book the peers next time.
