It was very service we have book triple occupancy and after reaching their they are telling they don't have extra beding at all

Our breakfast was included, but provided by the hotel, they said we don't have any email about the meal inclusions, after that we've been paid double for breakfast, very uncomfortable and disappointed experience in kolkata

We have booked deluxe rooms with breakfast but the rooms are not at all worth. They have given us ordinary rooms with full of cockroaches. Moreover i have booked rooms with complimentary breakfast, but as per them they don't serve breakfast. I need my breakfast amount refunded.

यह होटल कोलकाता का सबसे घटिया होटल है। यहां का स्टाफ अपने बुरे स्वभाव की वजह से अपने कस्टमर से बुरा बरताव करता है। होटल में इतनी गंदगी है की कहा नहीं जा सकता। होटल का बाथरूम सुलभ शौचालय से भी बदतर है। अपनी फालतू डिजाइन की वजह से होटल में धूल जमा रहता है। यह oye से चलता है, इसलिये यहां के बेडशीट और कंबल में दाग आपको देखने को खूब मिलेंगे। मुझे तो घिन्न आ गई। आप इस होटल को किसी भी तरह बुक ना कराएं। मुझे ठग लिया गया। होटल आकर भी पेमेंट करना पड़ा। बहुत ही घटिया होटल। लेकिन 6 फ्लोर पर एक रेस्टोरेंट aacha है, लेकिन उसका मालिक दूसरा आदमी है।

For the price, the hotel was ok. However, the bedsheet and quilt were probably not cleaned. They should take care of cleanliness for ensuring hygiene.

First denied check in and in booking it was with breakfast but they denied breakfast. Rooms are not clean

They have the cleaning staff, don’t even have the proper things to clean. All the staff drink in evening and they don’t give any kind of service. Hotel manager even doesn’t listen. When i have asked for cleaning he said if you are not liking the hotel then check out from here. This is so rude. There is not a single place which is clean. They give room on rent in day time. Booked a double bed room for 2 people with full payment but the service and facility is negligible. Door handle damage and ignoring issue without any repairing. What kind of service is this? worst experience ever had.

Room is good for value for money, people are nice, behavior is good, not a good place for fooding, eating out is fine for a middle class family.
