We have booked deluxe rooms with breakfast but the rooms are not at all worth. They have given us ordinary rooms with full of cockroaches. Moreover i have booked rooms with complimentary breakfast, but as per them they don't serve breakfast. I need my breakfast amount refunded.

यह होटल कोलकाता का सबसे घटिया होटल है। यहां का स्टाफ अपने बुरे स्वभाव की वजह से अपने कस्टमर से बुरा बरताव करता है। होटल में इतनी गंदगी है की कहा नहीं जा सकता। होटल का बाथरूम सुलभ शौचालय से भी बदतर है। अपनी फालतू डिजाइन की वजह से होटल में धूल जमा रहता है। यह oye से चलता है, इसलिये यहां के बेडशीट और कंबल में दाग आपको देखने को खूब मिलेंगे। मुझे तो घिन्न आ गई। आप इस होटल को किसी भी तरह बुक ना कराएं। मुझे ठग लिया गया। होटल आकर भी पेमेंट करना पड़ा। बहुत ही घटिया होटल। लेकिन 6 फ्लोर पर एक रेस्टोरेंट aacha है, लेकिन उसका मालिक दूसरा आदमी है।

They have the cleaning staff, don’t even have the proper things to clean. All the staff drink in evening and they don’t give any kind of service. Hotel manager even doesn’t listen. Room is good for value for money, people are nice, behavior is good, not a good place for fooding, eating out is fine for a middle class family.
