DONT STAY HERE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
The customers are forced to give good reviews after checkout, no wonder they have good ratings . The rooms are completely different than what is shown in the images. All the staffs have a very unprofessional The rooms are not clean, the ac doesn’t work properly and the staff doesnt respond to the guests on time. Even if we call at the reception, the receptionist cut the call on the face without even hearing.

The stay was really pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, close to shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. Breakfast had a good variety, and the food was fresh. The hotel also had a nice pool area to relax in. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay

Terrible Stay
Horrible room — everything broken, foul smell everywhere. The hotel locks its main door before midnight, which is unbelievable. I was left waiting outside for more than 1 hour, and only after calling your customer care did someone open the door. For 2 days, I had to deal with this problem just to enter the hotel. No regular water supply, everything is chargeable, zero basic amenities provided. The staff is unhelpful, the service is unacceptable, and the place is completely mismanaged. This is by far the worst stay experience I’ve ever had.
