Hotel is under construction which cause lots of dust all around the place , I couldn't lock my room while I was going out during stay because hotel staff said that the key is missing , breakfast is not good

There where bed bugs that where terrible and couldn’t even rest. We couldn’t sleep due to them. Need to maintain cleanliness in the place
