Dear fab team Our experience during the business trip at the fab hotel was quite unsatisfactory. We had booked a deluxe room for three nights through Make My Trip. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we found the location to be quite poor, and the entrance was disorganized. Hygiene was not properly maintained. The rooms were very small, with an unpleasant odor, and the bathrooms were dirty. Overall, our experience was very disappointing, especially regarding the breakfast options, which were limited to just bread or idli vada. After making several calls, they finally delivered breakfast.

Location is dirty, the photos don't give a proper represention of the poor conditions of the stay. Also, they didn't even provide spoon and fork for eating. We arrived after 8 p:m on 28th May, and we checked out the next day because of the poor conditions. We had originally booked from 28th May and check out 2nd June, we paid the full amount in advance. When, we asked for a partial refund, no one has helped us out, not FabHotels nor makemytrip. Wa had booked the Hotel via makemytripml, we are very disappointed. I wilk never recommend booking a Hotel via this app.

Great value for money! The room was simple but clean, with all the essential amenities. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Its just hotel to find a bed near to nesco. Staff is good. Room was small but served the purpose. For breakfast they give one dish whatever is made that day. The location is terrible, its adjacent to a kabristan and the street is filled with jhuggi jhopdi and its dirty and scary. For once i had a mind to shift to another hotel. Women and families should definitely avoid this hotel.
