The location is okay. There is no food or restaurant..

The USP of the property is location as it's Just outside the Jogeshwari West railway station, however when you are traveling with the family just give a second thought before booking this hotel. TV was not working it was my second day for 2 nights at each stay but the issue remains the same. Curtains were not there on windows. customer service could also be improved

The location is an USP, as its located nearest to Jogeshwari West railway station. However they need to maintain hygiene, as this was second time saty in this hotel both the time I found bedsheet torn, with strains and dirty as well. Overall stay was average.

Bedsheet was not cleaned, Ac was leaking, water pressure in bathroom was very low. They don't even provide drinking water, I had to go out and buy every time

they were not providing breakfast. Bathroom door lock was faulty and on request changed to another room where tv doesn’t work worst experience. The location is not good for family stay

1 since i did not stay at avion palace, i reached the place at 12:10 for checkin and got to know that there are no rooms available despite having a confirmed booking. The manager without even apologising told one of his staff to take our bags and drop us to another hotel which is 2 km ( andheri west)away upon asking he was unapologetic. I want a partial refund for this booking as i had to travel to jogeshwari everyday spending my own money for transport.

Bad managaement by hotel, as they were overbooked and they shifted us to oyher hotel which was 2 kms away.

I already booked room 1 day ago but i reached hotel then manager says no room after conversation he provide worst room

The stay was nice and excellent. The staff was well mannered and the manager was also good. Room clean every day at 1 pm. Bathrooms are little bit not good as washbasin was not working but did repaired as soon i told them to.

I was waiting for the room for 20 min. Room is at terrace. Tv is not working no towel no soap no shampoo display room and real room is totally different not recommended

Wall sealing of the rooms was broken and water leaking also there was no hygiene

We had prepaid our stay here, but when we reached they said they they already gave our room to someone else. They sent us to some other hotel which too was pathetic. The washroom was having a leakage. It was a total waste of money and time booking this hotel.

It was really very bad experience here at hotel avion. Location is okay but hotel approach was very bad, staff was not at all cooperative and room was very small and not properly cleaned. I am not happy at all and never visit again and even will never recommend it.

Amazing staying, prime location

Room was not allotted inspite of fully paid booking. A servant room was allotted, where no ac was working. And door of bathroom was not locking. Bath towels were out of stock for two days
