Worst experience with no water, lots of mosquitoes, food quality too poor, hospitality is very poor, no amenities, nothing is good.

Breakfast is very bad which ever they are giving and facilities also nothing they have..

Spacious rooms and location is also good. Cleanliness can be improved rest it's fine I stayed there for 3 nights

Dirty mattress. Room was not clean. I asked for water at night and was asked to pay immediately and was not returned change which I had to ask the reception at checkout.

I booked this hotel and then they said they were overbooked and made me swift 6 km away

They have high priced in hotel menu and do not allow out side food. room was lacking with basic aminities. only 2-3 items they put in a complimentary breakfast buffet.

Subject: Feedback on Our Recent Stay - Townhouse Mumbai I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with our recent stay at the Townhouse Mumbai. We found the hotel and our assigned room to be unacceptably unclean. There was a persistent, strong, and stuffy odor in the room, which made our stay very uncomfortable. Maintenance throughout the hotel seemed poor, with several areas needing attention. Lastly, the food offered was consistently below average in quality. We were quite disappointed with the overall experience.
