Trident Bandra Kurla

My stay at Trident BKC was particularly the best so far ..though I have stayed many a times at the same place. What happened was that I had a leg sprain and requested to give me aroon near the escalator, which the reception obliged with and gave me a room on 8th floor near the escalator . When I entered the room I discovered it had a tub in place of walk in shower. So I requested again to change the room to one with walk in shower and told them to do so since I was venturing out and my luggage was packed. On my return I was handed over keys of 1001 , which to my utter surprise was a double upgrade large room on club floor !! The room was a pretty large one with a beautiful view of JIO world plaza and BKC , and a huge bathroom with both walk in shower and tub !! It made my day !!

The stay was wonderful. And in room dining was also great. The staff was courteous. It was the location is very good for people were coming for their US Visa interviews the vfs Centre is very nearby. The hospitality of the Trident Bandra Kurla is extremely good breakfast. Options are wonderful, complete five star treatment, I would say.

I had a very very comfortable stay at Trident. The staff created a warm welcoming atmosphere overall. They provided complimentary car service from the Trident Bandra Kurla to the consulate during my stay. They managed to give me an early checkin and was very fast with their procedure and final billing as well.

My stay was truly memorable. From warm welcome to the beautiful, well-appointed room, every detail was taken care of. The staff's courteous and attentive gestures made me feel genuinely valued. Their hospitality added a special touch to an already excellent stay.

Had a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean and staff was very prompt and helpful and quick. We had booked for the show Rajadhiraj at NMACC and it was very convenient. Overall a good experience.

Hospitality was amazing and welcoming. I got early check in. The food was really good. Property is really well located. Rooms are clean and fresh. Turndown service is something I appreciated.

Hotel located at one of the prime locations and rooms were good size and breakfast buffet was decently spread and all services were excellent.

Trident’s location and Service is magnificent. I had dinner on all 3 nights and at different restaurants. Breakfast and in room dining was good as well
