Had a wonderful experience at Trident Agra. As far as the location is concerned, it’s very close to Taj Mahal (what we came for). From hotel point of view - The service was par excellence. Special mention to Mishra ji at the restaurant. They customised food for our kids who are very choosy. Room service was also very prompt. An excellent one day stay!

Every thing was good about this hotel only problem we faced was bedding the double bed had 2 single mattress which was hugely uncomfortable in the middle for a couple to sleep . Rest everything was good .

Everyone I interacted with was polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I’d especially like to mention Vikas, Virender, Shivansh Jaiswal, Roshan, Muskaan, Shivansh Rana, Arnav, and Sultan Singh. Each of them went above and beyond in their own way, and their support truly enhanced my stay. Location was fantastic and nearby to Tajmahal . The most beautiful thing was kids activities like swimming pool , playing area , puppet show was great fun and magic show was amazing . Breakfast was delicious and many options are available . We walked around lush green lawns in hotel specially morning walk was great. Last but not least was the price of the hotel which was within our budget . With all these above items I recommend to must visit once to trident Agra

It was my birthday and they exceeded my expectations when it came to decoration cake and most wonderful gesture was an unexpected gift from the trident team.
