Memorable Stay at Clarks Shiraz, Agra” Had a wonderful experience at Clarks Shiraz. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and courteous service. Not happy with the stay or service. The bathroom sink had drainage issue, room was so small with bed tucked into one corner with not much space. Also the service was average.

It's not a 5 star hotel in the first place.. rooms are quite old, noisy, sub standard bathroom... very pathetic service. Need to call housekeeping or reception numerous times for a water bottle. Very Average food options in breakfast, nowhere comparative to any 4 star hotel.. repeated menu.. Only postive thing was location of the hotel. Will not recommend any one for this hotel..

Hi, The rooms and staff courteousness was good. ROOMS: the room AC's were consistently not working and we had to again and again call maintainence.. FOOD: worse food we had ever had at a 5star. Repeat Menu, like poor bhaji/ Sambhar, bacon etc and the curries were as if water has been added and re served. V bad choice of menu with no freshness in the food and seems like old stale food was served. ....even though when asked they made fresh dal for us but was too late as all of my family had already left the dinning hall. Breakfast was equally bad ....

had a wonderful night stay at the for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, and the view from my balcony was stunning. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed.I particularly appreciated the complimentary parking. I'd highly recommend this hotel for its great atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and outstanding hospitality".

When we entered the hotel , there was no welcome drink . The receptionist was busy doing his work and we were just waiting to check in with two babies , then the breakfast buffet service one day was nice but next day it was not so good . It was not up to the standard of the hotel .
