Good comfortable stay and staff was very courteous. The rooms were a bit small but had a nice view. May prefer to stay again.

Stay at Clark Shiraz Agra was very impressive due to their warm hospitality and service. On top of thay the food was very delicious, will suggest every guest to try inhouse food.

Hi, The rooms and staff courteousness was good. ROOMS: the room AC's were consistently not working and we had to again and again call maintainence.. FOOD: worse food we had ever had at a 5star. Repeat Menu, like poor bhaji/ Sambhar, bacon etc and the curries were as if water has been added and re served. V bad choice of menu with no freshness in the food and seems like old stale food was served. ....even though when asked they made fresh dal for us but was too late as all of my family had already left the dinning hall. Breakfast was equally bad ....

the bathroom was not well cleaned and the ac was also not working. slow wifi, limited food options in the evening good breakfast though

had a wonderful night stay at the for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, and the view from my balcony was stunning. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed.I particularly appreciated the complimentary parking. I'd highly recommend this hotel for its great atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and outstanding hospitality".

When we entered the hotel , there was no welcome drink . The receptionist was busy doing his work and we were just waiting to check in with two babies , then the breakfast buffet service one day was nice but next day it was not so good . It was not up to the standard of the hotel .

Property’s food was awesome, the hospitality of staff was also good, recommended.

The hotel staff was very attentive, they made me feel like VIP. Room service ,Food and house keeping was excellent. I will definitely visit again when in Agra.

The location is prime. I found good discount on MMT. Amenities are fairly enough but lags staff in amenity area. Overall staff behavior was very good. Room service also found fast.

Hotel is located in the hotspot of Agra just minutes away from Taj Mahal. The rooms are well maintained and mind blowing 🤯 interiors. Food was exceptional all the items in the buffet are tasty and fresh. Staff were really polite and helpful.

1. Very comfortable stay with big rooms and very nice ambience 2. Top floor restaurant serves very tasty and quality food. It's singing restaurant with live music performance by a good performer. 3. Ample parking space 4. Highly peaceful area 5. Big lawns to move around within hotel premises 6. Per night stay tarrif is worth.

The stay overall was ok. Reducing 2 stars due to the experience with the reception staff. We had booked the room for 1 day. As it was early checkin at 10:30 am we had called 2 days before and asked if possible the staff responded and said by 11 am we can provide the checkin, so we planned the trip for sightseeing as per that. On the day of arrival reception staff said in 15 min they can give , but after 25 min I enquired they said it would take 2 hrs on asking so what about all the things you said before she was talking a little rude. i had to argue and then a senior manager came and allocated the room in 2 min. Being in hospitality you have to confirm if possible or not. Rest all was good. The room was spacious and clean. The rest of the staff were friendly. food was not that great compared to the standard of the hotel.
