Comfortable stay

Terrible Stay
Very bad staff behaviour.. it was so terrible checkin with 2 kids the girl at reception was so rude , was arguing .. was not picking up the call when I called before reaching hotel in answer she said free nhi thi mai busy thi to call nhi uthaya 5 calls I did

Amazing Stay @ Saura Hotel Agr
had a wonderful stay at Saura Hotel Agra. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive throughout my visit, making the entire experience very comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, with the team always ready to assist whenever needed. A special thanks to Suparna at the check-out counter, who was very supportive and made the departure process seamless. A highlight of my stay was the spa, where Janice provided a truly professional and deeply relaxing massage — one of the best I’ve experienced. The breakfast experience was equally delightful, with a wide selection, live kitchen counters, and prompt service that made mornings enjoyable. Overall, the combination of warm hospitality, quality service, and a welcoming atmosphere made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend Saura Hotel Agra to anyone visiting the city.

The property is great, food n its variety is awesome , staff is polite, rooms are spacious, 12 mins drive to Taj Mahal , 30 mins drive to sadar bazar , overall would rate 5 out of 5.

value for money
Room & food is very good. Room is spacious with proper lighting but need to improvement in lift facilities as one lift which is very slow as compare to other properties.

Food and room services are very good. While the room condition and amenities are not upto the mark e.g. water flows out of shower area, no hooks to put clothes for bathing, etc

Average Stay
Hotel location is accessible and out of the city crowd , Food is awesome , pool area is average as Pool water was unhygienic and service near to the pool was quite cold and unattended, Food at dinner and breakfast was very delicious and delightful staff which gave a great experience. Staff at front desk was non responsive and highly ignorant in providing basic needs & information. Room light and bath lights were also a big trouble as light flickers mostly .Overall property looks good but front desk staff were rough and non responsive. I wish to take the club Mahindra s membership but overall u experience gave me doubts to invest a penny for my stay and comfort in future. Thank you

Not good hospitality, the management was not at all adjusting, i was sick i asked for a few favours which were doable but they didn’t bother to assist me with that

worth it
Starting from check in to check out, every aspect of our stay was smooth and convenient. Pool was clean & Choice of drinks was quite huge. Buffet consisted wide variety of items.
