Average Stay
Property was very lovely and hospitality was warming. We had a lovely stay in agra. Few things were not upto the mark but overall we would like to stay again.

good stay
I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel Agra and had a wonderful experience. The property is elegant, well-maintained, and offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with all modern amenities, making the stay very comfortable. The highlight was the warm and courteous staff – always attentive and eager to help, which made the experience even better. The food was delicious with a wide variety at the buffet, catering to both Indian and international tastes. The rooftop pool and restaurant provided stunning views of the Taj Mahal, adding a truly special touch to the stay. Only minor improvements could be made in terms of service speed during peak hours, but overall it didn’t take away from the great experience. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Agra – it’s definitely one of the best places to stay near the Taj Mahal.

Mixed Bag Of Experiences
This is just slightly better than a budget highway hotel. You will be disappointed if you expect this hotel to operate like a five star. The food was overloaded with red chilies. The options in the buffet were very limited. But you can’t blame the hotel always. It’s also because it’s very cheap and hence value for money. a shop can only be as good as the customers who visit there. But what was more disappointing is that there were a lot of fruit flies everywhere and house flies in the restaurant while you’re eating food. That there were people walking around with those rackets in hand did not help much. The bathtub did not have a support grab-handle. There was no towel rack in the bathroom. The front desk staff chose to speak gibberish that they thought was English, despite my insistence to speak Hindi. Room service was mostly very slow and housekeeping was even slower. But since I got it at a very cheap rate, I still don’t mind much and would not have given them a negative rating if there were no fruit flies everywhere. This hotel was largely occupied by company sponsored trips for their sales employees. The elevators were overloaded and over crowded. The extra mattress was as hard as rock and the folding cot set that they had provided was saggy and felt like a boat. I chose the rock mattress after being bent by the boat. The live music by Uttam Kumar Ji was the gem of this stay. He sang beautifully and could heal with his Voice. I was provided my preferred parking spot and other convenience. Raghvendra also helped me with a customised dish from the buffet. Some Members of the staff who deserve a raise for their sincerity were Pawan(Valet), Raghvendra, Ritesh, Ashish, Khushi & Ananya (all from the Restaurant Oasis), Jannat(Front Desk) & Vivek (DM)

bad experience and zero support from staff
There was people screaming and making discomfort for other guest on second floor pathway from 12 am to 2 pm . No action or support was given even after complaining about it on help desk i slept around 3 in the night and my sleep was. Disturbed due to this very bad experience

Room was nice and cozy but the food disappointed. The breakfast package was not worth it and also the quality of food was not good. Things were half cooked and lacked basic taste. We have been to Marriott and holiday inn but their food quality was much more superior. Thanks

It’s was actually a terrible experience starting from check in followed till check out. Unhygienic room, pathetic customer service, i would advise you to book 2 hotel you will get better services than booking this pathetic so called 5 star Radisson.

Twin bed room given instead of king size
We want King size bed as a couple, there is no point of giving twin sharing bed to us but hotel gave us Twin bed which make our experience bad.

worst experience ever
This is the worst experience. Hotel staff was not at all supportive, first of all they are manage to provide room keys at 3:30 pm where check in time was 3 pm and cheery on cake we request a day before for early check-in. At check out time they start calling at 11:45 am, so rude. Phone calls not working, bathroom was so dirty, so staff was available for clean and there are multiple issues. Request to call so I can explain better
