The location was very awesome and very much near to Taj mahal and Agra fort. The stay was much-loved and pleasant . The restaurant was also very good with reasonable rates. The facility and room service were also good.

It was vry bad experience that they have taken early check in charge frm us ,we were having 6 month baby with us as we have done journey for more then 24 hours so want it as we reach early and just wanna get refresh then we moved for travel and rooms were available then too it happens with us at least they should check the situation though we were going to stay there for 5 days they don’t seen that much hospitality to us

Property is located near Tajmahal. The rooftop cafe was not operational so can not comment on food. The washrooms can be little more hygienic, since it was smelling. The repair work of the hotel was going on , hopefully things will be better next time. Thank you

Mediocre staff, stay, location and room cleanliness

Had booked their Suite for a night with my family. One would expect a little extra level of attention being paid to Suite category rooms, however our experience was mediocre, the room was missing amenities like slippers, toothbrush, towels and all other basics that you’d expect to have. We found some straw like pipe buried within the crack of the sofa and a cigarette bud to the side of the bed side table. Further to the experience, the reception staff was not properly trained for customer interaction and handling. They decided it was a great way to convince the customer to leave/checkout on time, by calling the room 4-5 times between 10:30 am to 11:30 am to ask/explain that their checkout time policy is 11 am. Using terms like “10 minute aur” over the phone with a customer explaining that they’re leaving in 10 mins at 11:20 am, isn’t an ideal experience that one would like to hear. The food from the in house restaurant is the only good part about this hotel, since the portions were good and food was delicious. The location of the hotel is beside the Yamuna which is good for views, but the road in front gets jam packed with traffic from 5 pm until 10:30 pm.
