Hotel Alleviate

I am staying in the last 2 days. The property is very nice, cooperative staff named Pawan Mishra at the reception and The manager Mr Daya Shanker is so nice, and such a nice person so cooperative and cool. Overall a amazing experience I had in this Hotel Alleviate. everything is fabulous. Thankyou I am staying in the last 2 days. Food was very good but service not upto satisfaction. I think some repair work was going on 3rd floor having smell which is health hazard. On request 2nd floor allotted and same problem exists but less and have to adjust by upgrading the accommodation Thanks to the staff for this favour. Moreover I think vehicle parking problem exists. Next time I would prefer to stay at a place more or less nearby to the market and eatery shops.

Hotel has great features like underground valet parking, Taj Mahal–facing suites, a rooftop dining area, and a lovely café called Hichkee. But had a bad experience at check-in — the receptionist was rude and tried to charge ₹1000 extra despite my confirmed MMT booking. Thankfully, the vibe was good, and the gatekeeper’s polite behavior left a positive impression.

The Hotel Alleviate was nice. Staff was polite and cooperative. Room was nice and comfortable. Food in Hotel Alleviate was good. And the most important thing is that the service was fast. A suggestion is that they should update their tv entertainment unit with some good channeles. Overall experience was good 4 out of 5.

Co operative staff and clean area. It has good terrace restaurant also. Location wise also good, nearby local market is available. Good Hotel Alleviate with appropriate price.

The location of this Hotel Alleviate is very good. We could easily see the Taj Mahal from our balcony and the room was very clean and comfortable.

It’s very comfortable and it’s my second time here in Alleviate. Service at the reception is quite humble and welcoming especially.
