This was my forth stay at the Taj Hotel and Convention Centre, and once again, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. It's truly rare to find such consistency in service, hospitality, and attention to detail — and yet, every time I return, your team manages to exceed my expectations. What made this visit particularly special was the thoughtful birthday celebration arranged by your staff. Walking into a beautifully decorated room filled with balloons and being surprised with a midnight cake was incredibly touching. Despite having experienced this warmth during my previous visit, it still felt fresh, personal, and truly memorable. The cake, as always, was absolutely delicious. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was seamless: The front desk team was courteous and efficient, ensuring all our needs were met. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, providing a clean and relaxing environment throughout our stay. The dining experience stood out — a well-curated breakfast spread, warm service, and small details like soaked almonds made a big difference. The staff was attentive and always ready with helpful suggestions. We also had the pleasure of attending the “Noor-e-Taj” show once again, hosted by Mr. Subrata Bhattacharya, and I must say — it was just as engaging and insightful as before. His presentation and musical performance added immense value to our visit. My child loved the puppet show and pottery session, which created lasting memories for our family. Receiving the chocolate Taj Mahal souvenir was a wonderful gesture that made our departure just as sweet as the stay. To sum up, Taj has mastered the art of delivering luxury with a personal touch. The team’s passion for hospitality reflects in every interaction. Thank you for making each visit feel like a celebration. I look forward to returning soon — and recommending your Taj Agra to everyone who values an unforgettable stay.

Delighted to share my experience with Courtyard Marriott at Agra. They are conveniently located and have right level of facilities available nearby , yet away from too much tourist crowd. The Taj Agra facilities are top notch. Swimming pool is very beautiful and well maintained. There is an outdoor kids play area which is mostly functional. The indoor kids area is also available with Table tennis and pool table etc. Honestly the pool table needs a refresh. There are few restaurants on the property which are nice, Spa and gym as well. So overall you will have good time. The Service is the best part. They are available to help you instantly whichever way you call upon them. The buffet is amazing and the service at the buffet is equally nice where they keep a personal care for your needs. I would highly recommend this Taj Agra.

stay is very good...staff is also good and behaviour very politely and humble...last time i visited taj in 2020....plato dining is very neat and clean...all chef staff behaviour is too good...specially chef aashish is too good nature...he made paan flavour icecream is too good....cleaning staff is too good...vikram behaviour also nice.....all service food amenities are good..

Nice property. Comfortable rooms. Hygienic swimming pool. Sauna and steam rooms were excellent. Food is really tasty. Despite the crowd it was so well managed. Close proximity to Tajmahal is added advantage. The whole family had loads of fun. They provide excellent facilities for kids of all age groups

Our stay in Taj Agra was amazing.Property is amazing and beautiful, Location is best near to Taj Mahal, Food, hospitality and service was on top. Apart from that I face one issue regarding Tv Internet. need to connect it again and again

Location is near by Taj,which is visible from top foor swimming pool side. Breakfast spread is vast and testy. Room sevice and house keeping service is up to the mark. Hemant

We had the best experience at Taj, Agra! The staff is just superb ,, they know how to make their customers feel comfortable. The upgradation to Taj Suite was cherry on top for us. Thankyou Taj !!!
