Feedback for Agra Hotel – Grand Mercure The stay at Grand Mercure, Agra was superb! The hotel was lovely, the service was great, and the food was super tasty. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Location and amenities were good. But quality and taste of food were not good. Non veg food was tasteless.

I stayed for sightseeing in the Taj Mahal and Agra Castle. The check-in response, the quality of the food, and the comfort of the room all exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic stay, staff was very active and supportive special mention to Mr Chaitanya at the reception. Food was delicious. Cleanliness 10/10.

I asked for smoking room but didnt get it but still it is good property and breakfast is also goossss

Our bathroom was smelly and the water in the sink was a pale yellow and had a stench. when we complained about it, not much was done so we ended up using the water bottles for brushing and handwashing. The food was terrible.Pizza was non edible, everything else was too salty, most. We hated everything and left most of the food eaten. Staff was polite but didn't really help or solve any of the issues we raised.I did receive a call after I left to apologise, which didn't really help. They should haveade a little effort while we were there to resolve the issue.

Food was good and property was also good Faced some challenges during check in as I booked double bed room but was given twin bed initially and had to wait for an hour and follow up multiple times to change the room Keys were not working properly for both the rooms Breakfast hall was full one dag and we were advised to go on 1st floor and assured that food menu is same but found very less items there on first floor and there was no one to serve .. with no live kitchen Cold Food was served Had to leave breakfast in between. And shifted to ground floor for the breakfast

The hotel has very good ambience and pleasent stay. staff hospitality is good. Food is good and tasty.
