I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Mercure Agra. This is a really nice Grand Mercure Agra- an Accor Hotels Brand, offering both comfort and convenience. A major plus is its excellent location directly across from the metro station, making it super easy to get around. I was also very impressed with the tasty food on offer and the staff, who were consistently courteous and helpful throughout my visit.

we booked deluxe twin bed room but we upgrade to junior suite alat reasonable cost Grand Mercure Agra- an Accor Hotels Brand staff is very cooperative and all management is very polite and helpful Grand Mercure Agra- an Accor Hotels Brand location is good and buffet is daily same need to improve breakfast and dinner buffet

It was a great experience staying at Grand Mercure. Excellent location near Taj Mahal and the metro station is just in front of the Grand Mercure Agra- an Accor Hotels Brand. Yummy and delicious food options in dinner and breakfast. We will stay here again for sure on our next visit to Agra .

The stay was nice and rooms were proper . The staff was very helpful however had a very bad experence at their breakfast buffet. They got my order wrong even after a delay of 20 minutes. Overall a good stay for 1 night
