The property is well maintained with neat rooms. The location is suited for business visitors with it close to the sip-cot area. The food leaves a little more to be desired with it catering mainly to foreign guests, the indians might be a little disappointed with the spread & spice levels. In-room dining service is very late. Housekeeping staff never responds to calls (infact after multiple followups, staff arrives at the door after 58mins) in room dining, food ordered was mutton- just meat (no bone and no fat specially mentioned ) but was delivered with 50% bone in it. The staff response at the dining area is pretty casual. Took more than 25 mins to top up empty food trays during the breakfast buffet.
