Very comfortable stay room is so clean doid was so yummy and staff is ao cooperative just like home Feell

We came for a program that was in the auditorium here. Very crowded. This hotel is huge which leads to some maintenance issues; which are visible in the rooms and elsewhere.

Solo Traveller I stayed in Pullman Aerocity for 10 days Initially there were lot of issues in In Room Dining Services but it got solved very quickly The breakfast buffet was very tasty and lavish n staff very polite Room neat and spacious Housekeeping excellent n laundry as well Sudhirji in Housekeeping Rameshji in Laundry Meenarva , Akash Aman n Sachin in The Farmers basket Sunaina n Sonal are few names worth mentioning not to forget Nidhi at the reception Thankyou all for a wonderful stay The club lounge service was excellent n Shubam was very polite🙂

Pullman is always lovely property The hospitality by the staff is lovely They don’t allow u to hold the baggage for a minute They wear smile on their faces always polite.

Not worth bad service non helpful non accomodative they were too occupied with the other event lot of delay in and waiting and non bothered staff not worth paying so much

One of the best suites in the Hotel and lounge was amazing. The view from the room was also good and the view from the lounge was quite relaxing

I have stayed at the Pullman Hotel before, but this time the facilities and attention to detail were even better. The room décor was beautifully done, with a special “welcome back” decoration that made me feel at home. The hospitality was excellent throughout my stay. Shivani, Prerna, and Shruti were extremely supportive and made sure everything was comfortable. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to visit whenever they get time, as the place truly gives off good vibes. My special thanks to Shivani for her thoughtful care.

Late check out was mentioned during booking's time but the same was refused at the time of check in itself where I was told that due to heavy booking I will not be allowed a late check out.

I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was very convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very courteous. The food was fresh and delicious, and the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience—highly recommended!

The ambience of the room was top notch and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had in any of my stay! The staff was quite polite

The experience was not so good as 1 day before arrival we had requested for run way facing room but what we got was the one where painting was going on and we were not able to see anything outside the window. However, as it was our anniversary celebration they had arranged for cake and room decoration. Also, during lounge snacks hours the vegetation snacks were finished very early and it took lot of time to refill. Thirdly, the package we had bought had cocktail hours in lounge, but due to 15th August the liquor was not served. We absolutely respect the government guidelines but they should have mentioned the same during booking and such package should not be available for sale during these days. Having said that, the food in the restaurant was good and Floor Executive guy Nem Kumar was very helpful.

I recently stayed at Pullman Aerocity and wanted to share my feedback. During check-in, I had to wait for approximately 20 minutes due to a rush, and I was not informed that the hotel facade was undergoing repairs. This affected the view from my room. After being assigned the initial room, I had to wait 3–4 hours for a room change. The new room also had limited TV channels, which impacted my stay. Additionally, breakfast service was delayed by around 20 minutes. I wanted to bring these issues to your attention so the hotel can improve the guest experience. Considering the inconvenience faced, I would appreciate if you could consider either a reimbursement for my stay or a complimentary stay in the future. Thank you for your understanding, and I hope to have a better experience on my next visit.

Washroom were not clea.Mn and moreover rooms were noisy as it is coming from outside so have to change the room as well

the location was nice the breakfast buffet was very average not worth paying extra money i went on the stay for my birthday was disappointed as their was no special gesture by the property no upgrade, no cake. nothing was done by them. also they over charged us for the mini bar we paid Rs.455 for 1 diet coke.

Thank you Make my trip for providing us an amazing platform for hotel and flight bookings. We had an amazing stay at Pullman hotel, Delhi. The hotel’s location is very nice and close to the airport. The hotel is also a good choice for small getaways.

Starting from the checkin: 1. Tried reaching the property over the phone to get a birthday cake as it was a special occasion hence we booked the room but no one responded upon reaching I complained and requested to get a cake- it was denied 2. ⁠upon reaching the room, at the very door there were pile of garbage 3. ⁠we booked dinner and breakfast- called operator to help us with restaurant, person was clueless 4. ⁠upon reaching restaurant the manager was rude and asked us to wait as it was full, she said will call back- we waited for 1hr 30 mins and there was no call 5. ⁠went back again got a seat- the manager came with us saying you have just 10 mins to wrap up your dinner -WTF! 6. ⁠morning she had similar behaviour with breakfast - despite there were seats she was not allowing us to sit at the desired seat 7. ⁠checkout was fast

nice place to stay .big room .eccelent food ..great experience This is a delightful accommodation with spacious rooms and exceptional dining options, making for a wonderful experience.
