Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach

It was a great experience with Novotel. i enjoyed food and stay., Also the cake was yummy which was complimentary from hotel for my husbands birthday.. Thank you Novotel for the great service . Also the staff was friendly..

Hotel is very run down and not up to the standard. Rooms are decent but rest of the hotel is very poorly maintained.

Novotel, Juhu Beach, Mumbai Rooms were really clean and beautiful. Food was amazing. Staffs were also very polite. Overall had a very great experience.

Non smoking room had smell of prior cigarette smoking and in fact hotel lobby itself had the smell which I never expected. Also dining services were bit low quality.

Location is perfect and Rooms are also good and spacious, staffs are cooperative. Scope to improve Food varieties.. Overall a very relaxing experience. We had booked for 1 night but ended up extending it for 2 nights.

Location was good , just next to beach and property had private access to beach 🏖️ Had photogenic lawn beside beach and pool Breakfast was good with multiple options Lunch buffet menu was limited Rooms were clean and well maintained

The worst Novotel or worst in any of your admired 4 star properties, after checkin I had waited more than an hour for room keys, after this nothing is at expectations

worst experience,rooms was very small congested,no air ac was not working... just two items they charged 1400 not at all worth ,no proper amenities for the change they took ...wish to revert back my amount not at all worth staying

1)The room wasn’t worth 2)the ac would not work properly and the room was hot. I had to call a technician at 12 to work on the AC but still cooling wasn’t up to par. 3)The “ocean” view was just view of covered bamboos. 4) got the first room with the hint of ocean in my windows.

Amazing stay, lip smacking food, prompt and supportive staff. It was truly a well spent staycation.

Stay was superrbbb .My room location was ocean side it was awesome,class view was extraordinary class.Food i disnt taste as I paid room rent 13865 but they didn't gave us breakfast free.This little bit disappointed me. Rest all was five star ranking.

The property was amazing the staff was welcoming and rooms were noice !!! Breakfast was amazing dinner was decent !! Only one thing was new that once we reach property we were asked to submit our speaker which is not mention in rule book guide sent to us !!

We stayed at Novotel Juhu for one night to celebrate my wife’s birthday, along with our 5 year old daughter. From the very beginning, the experience was wonderful. Before arriving, I had requested three things through MakeMyTrip - a higher-floor room (we had already booked ocean view), some room decoration and a surprise cake for my wife. To our delight, the hotel staff arranged for all of it. It set the tone for a truly special stay. The hotel itself is beautifully located right at Juhu beach. We got an ocean view room on the 5th floor, which was both spacious and very comfortable. My daughter especially loved the bathtub in the room, while we enjoyed the serene sea view. Everything about the room felt perfect. The food was another highlight. Dinner was excellent and the breakfast spread the next morning was just amazing; so many options, fresh and tasty. My daughter enjoyed it as much as we did. Special mention to Sujata and Himani from the restaurant (Square) who were exceptionally courteous, polite and attentive. The surprise cake for my wife was a lovely gesture and it truly made her day. Small touches like this showed how thoughtful the staff was. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The comfort, location, service and food all came together to make our family celebration very memorable. My daughter was happy, my wife felt special and I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

I booked this stay for my birthday thinking the location near the beach would make it special, but it turned out to be the worst decision ever. The staff is extremely arrogant and unprofessional. My check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but I was kept waiting until 5 PM, only to be handed a lower-category room. To make it worse, we had requested a celebration cake in advance. They even asked what name should go on it, but the cake never arrived. Absolutely disappointing experience. Ruined what was meant to be a special occasion.
