The first request made to them was for decoration which was denied on top of that upon reaching they did not have a car parking for the hotel. and the staff said you have got it at a lower price our cost is much higher. after checkin the TV wasn't working and neither the phone. after sometime the AC started dripping, upon complaining they said that there is no in house person to fix it. overall not to great experience

Pathetic ambiance dirty rooms dirty passage and common area , waiting for check in more then 20 mins , as reception guy cancel my stay before calling me or taking any confrontation at my end . Not good for family, no food ,dirty smell in room it’s a request to MAKE MY TRIP unregistered this chain , not valued for MMT .

Very Poor Quality and extremely low maintenance

It was a poor stay, one of worst bloom hotels in such prime location. Dirty, stinky, conjusted, poor layout, insects.

Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended Checked in late around 11:00 p.m., only to be given a room with a non-functional AC — an issue the receptionist was already aware of. After complaining, I was shifted to another room, which unfortunately had a strong, unpleasant odor. The service staff admitted it hadn’t been opened or used in many days. Overall, a poorly managed experience, especially disappointing after a long day of travel. I would not recommend staying here.
