The hotel vibe and theme was really nice and aesthetic. My family liled there stay there, and the food was also of good quality and quantity. Would really like to stay there next time to.

The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa services were top-notch. The only downside was the limited breakfast options.

My stay experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff’s behaviour was highly unprofessional and they clearly lacked basic manners and respect while interacting with guests. Such poor service standards are unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Nice rooms and stay. Rooms are clean and they provide basic complementary snacks as well. Breakfast could be better.

Location is good and easily reachable. Food was amazing but make sure to include the breakfast in your booking else the breakfast costs are very high, 750/- per person plus taxes (around 200) and you wouldn’t find many breakfast places at a walking distance from the hotel. Also, cabs/autos are a bit difficult to be booked from hotel especially in the mornings.

The room allocated to us was a bit in the corner and felt too suffocated- Room 1206 for reference. However, the food served for dinner and breakfast was really good!

Oral experience was not at not good at all I was expecting a double bed but it was it was to Cleanliness was there good quality was not good in breakfast

My stay was very niche. The room was clean and awesome. Had a nice stay and would love to see it again.

The stay was really good. They made sure that we are comfortable, and gave whatever we get and in fact, they made sure that we are fed at time. They gave us a reminder calls about breakfast also which we needed, it was best stay from past 2 to 3 months.

The hotel and stay was quite confortable, however the staff and customer service was very poor. When we checked in they they have offered 20% coupon on food and didnt specify anything. Upon check out they said its only for dine in and not for room service items. But tha thing is dine in or in room we have ordered food only. This was the upon ask the lady said and I quote "I was there when you checked-in and I have mentioned that it was for dine in only" who does that. I will book some other property when I visit next in Mumbai. Thank you.

Time limit for food They allow breakfast before 10 am and dinner before 10 pm. My flight was late so i reach their after 10 pm.hotel staff said me that dinner was closed.After discussion they arrange me dinner but quality was average.

Hotel staff behaviour is very good. Security point hotel is very safe.All staff is very humble.Hotel have very clean fresh atmosphere.Pool area is very fresh and clean.
