The Fern Mumbai, Goregaon, Series by Marriott

I recently stayed at The Fern Hotel and had a very disappointing experience during check-in. The lady at the front desk (wearing specs, unfortunately I don’t recall her name) was extremely rude. I had requested a smoking room and a few additional things — I understand that smoking rooms may not always be available, but the way she responded was completely unprofessional. Instead of politely explaining, she raised her voice and was dismissive. This is not the way to treat a guest, especially at a reputed hotel brand like Fern. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training for their staff.

it was a good trip to Mumbai and I stayed in hotel fern. It was very good behaviour of all the hotel. Staff restaurant was good and I was quite happy to stay in this hotel.

Recently stayed for 2 nights at The Fern Goregaon, Mumbai, and it was truly an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and personalized service. Every member of the team made sure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and impeccably clean, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was cozy, the lighting perfect, and the ambiance relaxing, ideal for both business and leisure stays. The bathroom was having premium toiletries and a good shower pressure – a small but important detail that truly adds to the comfort. The restaurant experience was outstanding. The breakfast buffet offered a wide spread of Indian and continental options. The restaurant staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring every guest was well taken care of. The location of the hotel is another big plus – situated conveniently in Goregaon, it offers easy access to business hubs, the airport. A special mention goes to the housekeeping and front desk teams – their prompt response and professionalism stood out throughout my stay. Overall, I had an exceptional experience at The Fern Goregaon. It’s a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mumbai — whether for business or a short getaway. 5/5 – Truly a delightful and memorable stay, on of the best i have experienced in a 3-4 star category hotels recently.

Air conditioner doesn’t blow enough more air though it was blowing cold wave. For which we felt suffocating and then we requested for standing fan. Staff said there are no fan with us.

I booked Winter green Room(Including Breakfast) but at the time of Check-In they told me you have booked another room without Breakfast. After showing MMT booking details still they not agree and given me downgraded room.

It was a wonderful experience,to stay in fern Goregaon,very clean and specious room,caring staff and delicious food,thank you make my trip for helping to book a very good hotel

Location is convenient, amenities and services are good. Best part was the customer centric approach of the staff - Chef Olivia, Restaurant Staff Prabidar and Ravindra, Front office Altaf and Alicia. Rooms are compact and hygiene is well maintained

Had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, close to everything I needed. The rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout. The food was tasty with enough variety to keep things interesting. Overall, it felt cozy and well taken care of—I’d definitely come back again.

Had a comfortable stay at the property, proximity to Nesco center is a plus. Staff is super helpful with a very good turnaround for the services
