The stay was not good. The management is very rude and irresponsible

I booked hotel and after reaching there the rooms were not available they gave the reason of short circuit. As i am new in the town after so much travel-ling this happened! i had to book another hotel

Room was clean, staff are helpful 🙂

The place was pretty amazing, but the pantry is too costly as i asked them to get a thumbs up of 1ltr which costs max 60rs but they took 110rs saying the rest for service charge. Basically double the price. That was stupid

The property is under construction and Road is broken. if you look outside from window it is garbage and construction material. 2. sewer water overflows from drain and floods the road which enters hotel. it is dirty and foul smell. 3. staff have not given a temporary access overflowing water to enter hotel. you have to throw bricks in sewer water to cross and enter hotel.

Very nice stay. I looked for many hotels in mumbai near goregaon but this is the best hotel in your budget. New building. Staff is nice and cooperative. Its not easy to get the place like this in mumbai easily. Even they pro-vie the breakfast as per your choice.

1. The hotel is newly built and looks very good hygiene & clean. 3. Not provided as required things like towels and soaps 4. They are providing filling water bottles 5. After 11 no reception ( you need to try the calling coustomer care so they will connect the owner from him, he will connect the receptionist 6. Customer care services is good he been a call around half an hour till my check in done properly

The room is good and new but the service is bad. No amenities and the water provided has fungus growth in the bottle. It has no manager to communicate when i arrived at the hotel and we had to wait for 15 20 mins
