Taj Santacruz, Mumbai

Very comfortable stay kind of like a home away from home, beautiful room, courteous & professional staff.

The stay was very good and comfortable. The rooms were clean, staff was polite and service was prompt. The location was convenient and overall arrangements were impressive. Would be happy to stay again.

our stay was just amazing, Shreya Ghadge from the staff made it even more special by giving beautiful goodies to my kid, room was also of our choice.

The hospitality is very mediocre. The rooms were not very clean, the cutlery was all old and worn out, staff was extremely confused and could not even get me a table for my breakfast. I would recommend choosing some other property at this price point undoubtedly.

Below average. Taj is known for its hospitality but I don’t know why in Taj Santacruz the staff did not even care to return the calls for basic information. The waiters just went passing saying “one minute sir” and didn’t even care to come back. The very essence on Taj was missing. Room was great! But apparently they wont allow to blow a single birthday candle in non smoking room which they themselves decorated for a bday celebration (which I found really silly) what they were expecting to blow candles in the smoking zone while the cake is placed inside the room. Coming to food... yaar bahut kharab tha . Rajma felt like readymade gravy type. White sauce pasta .. yuck. The breakfast buffet was also not very nice. French toast - very bad. If you are looking for a peaceful stay DO NOT VISIT TAJ SANTACRUJ, Its over crowded and probably understaffed. May be visit some other taj property.

Food & stay both were good.....strategically located near airport is an advantage to us...............

No greeting at the entrance. The next day travellers were greeted with mala but on the day we checked in, no such act was there.

I had booked a club room which is 2 category above there base category and upon checking I realised the room was smaller and not at all good. Called the reception and there guest services team multiple times, but they just kept telling that they will do it. Finally in the evening I went to the reception and requested them for the same. They said there hotel is sold out. Then I checked online and to my surprise they were still selling all category rooms for that particular day. I had requested to downgrade my room 2 levels down to there base category. Then I told them about the same that room is available online and then they instantly changed my room after 8 hours of check in. Pathetic customer service from Taj and never considering Tan Santacruz again and everyone looking to stay should know this that they have 0 customer service

I had the most wonderful stay at Taj Santacruz. The location is very convenient and easily accessible. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. I attended the Amritsari Food Festival, which was an absolute delight — the food was authentic and delicious. During my stay, I also enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities, which added a perfect touch of relaxation. The staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and made sure every need was taken care of. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I look forward to visiting again
