Hotel Parle International

I stayed with family for couple of hours. Rooms were neat n clean and staff was very courteous. Good Experience.

Same old hotel , which is not upgraded for years. Stayed here for location , otherwise price is too high

This is my third stay in the hotel. This time the room was average. Beds were uncomfortable. It's foams might damaged. There was bad smell in the bathroom. Services were good. Being regular customer the hotel should not treat like this.

GOOD STAY but needs improvement Property is located in a well connected place. Food is good. Room was neat and clean. Breakfast time is 7.30 onwards. we waited for breakfast in restaurant. They didn't even switch on the lights. We requested for Tea, which was not served till 7.40. We left without tea or breakfast as we were having an international flight.

The room was good, only the hand shower wasn't working. The location is close to the station, so it is convenient. The reception is also very nice.

Even though we checked in as a couple but we were offered a room with two single beds, later a room service was sent to join the beds which was not at all comfortable as the bed would split multiple times while sleeping, also my package included late check out upto 2 hours which the hotel was reluctant to give me, terrible experience with front desk

A good place to stay. it is just opposite the Ville Parle station which provides excellent connectivity to whole Mumbai. A well maintained hotel with good food and courteous staff.

Location of hotel is very good. It's in market area. very close to airport and famous colleges in juhu. The hotel environment is very good, cozy and comfortable. I stay here whenever I am visiting Mumbai for my personal work. very suitable for families. Clean, peaceful, and restaurant is very nice with good food Staff is polite and prompt in service

Very warm reception and good service. Pretty spacious rooms as per Mumbai standards and food was quite delicious

It was a good stay, they kept the rooms clean and if we were there for a while, they asked us if we needed our rooms cleaned too. They were also efficient and helpful throughout the process.

Pleasant stay Room was good , service was also good. For WiFi had to contact for the registration no this should be given automatically at Check in. Breakfast choice could have been better Dosa was good but Udid Wada as like rock ( I have a feel it was rewarmed in microwave as if done it has the classical feel and taste . The Duty manager was v pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was pretty average. The customer service aspect is missing. It seems they don’t need customer, it is the customer who needs them. The only advantage is the location. The suite that I stayed in didn’t look like a suite. It was just another room.

It is near Airport,good accommodation,staff very cooperative even food is ok. Good location near airport and online cab service also available.

Convenient location Clean room Breakfast choice was ok Washbasin in the room was cracked (hairline) c 3 Tap was loose and wobbly. Overall stay was decent for short stay.

To much old building curtains quality not good interior is very bad also i’m not suggested any other person waste of money

Perfectly located with the most comfortable stay one can imagine, hotel parle international has been my go-to place since years. In between 2016 to 2020 it has probably been my most frequent and preferred hotel for all kinds of occasions, be it to find peace in the middle of the city to catching up with near and dear ones. Their unlimited breakfast menu is carefully curated to serve ones tastebuds in the most delicious way possible and top it up with the staff behaviour it makes a perfect cocktail for a perfect place to relax. Highly recommend. Sorry.
