Good Hotel with good Location. Well maintained room too. Food is good. Spacious Room and Staff Behaviour is good.

Guest not allowed. wifi too much slow, better to use your own wifi hotspot. if you call reception they will tell you to call here and there. tv is for name sake only. its too slow (slowest model of VU). They will only keep one sachet of everything (milk cream etc. not much variety in breakfast. cutlery is not provided in rooms for outside order.

Unclean room just after check-in. Mosquitoes in the room. Bedsheet and footmat were not changed, very poor quality.

stayed at the hotel for a two day's trip to Mumbai. excellent stay with courteous staff and clean n comfortable room.

We only booked the room for few hours as we had early morning flight to catch. But whatever hours we spent were amazing. The rooms are nice and fresh. The beds are done perfect with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The best part was the food we ordered. Food was excellent and was made quickly. Also we had a good time frame to order the food as the kitchen works till 1:30 AM in the night. Overall totally satisfied and recommended

The people and other service providers are very supportive and prompt in their work. The food was simple and healthy.

Stay is comfortable. There is scope to improve professional approach blended with hospitality.

Only 700 m away from T1 Mumbai, Room which I stay is lil bit small but neat and clean. Food having good taste and quality.

Dental kit missing, AC remote not working, TV with no channels, Breakfast very Regular & Simple......

The hotel was good they even provided us extra bed thankful for that.

we are regular visited for business purpose, room are very clean & good maintain. Hotel are just 3-4 km away from airport so easy to reach.

The hotel ambience was good and room was spacious, the bed and chairs are also good and comfort, near to airport and the view from the room also nice and very good supporting staff. And a small suggestion to the hotel if the provide the onetime usable slippers then colud be better.

sorry say really poor experience in this it's my ole journey, even not yet working TV and air conditioner and food also not yet worth for money, room serviceed men asking for mony time for tips

Overall stay/amenities are good with scope of improvement for courteous approach. Timings for check in needs reconsideration. Foods are good.

Staff was great and friendly. Food was tasty and decent. Rooms were clean. Location is little hard to go to. But the hotel experience was good.

Food was ok Staff was stubonn and not supportive at all which makes my experience poor. There was no blanket in room. Room cleanliness was ok ok. Bathroom cleanliness was good.

Stay was ok, good is little expensive and also food quality can be improved. Limited breakfast options.

The place is as mentioned in the portal - rooms are clean with all amenities, good washroom with modern gadgets, friendly staff and proximity to the airport make it the best place. It's value for money. I will be recommending this place to my friends.
