Hotel Shangrila

Worst experience of the stay. Hotel is nowhere near to photographs. Not at all worth the price. Will never book again.

The hotel was full of damping in the wall, on the bed. The entrance of the hotel is like going inside a temporary structure with short height door, and all around damping.

Very bad experience, loud noises, stinky rooms, had to put for 1 hour yet it was a pathetic stay ! not worth 500 also!

We left the hotel in 1 day. Our booking was for 2 days. It was terrible terrible most pathetic. Rooms were shaby, ac not working, bathroom was dirtiest. Big mosquitos. Zero cleanliness, zero housekeeping. Is mmt in hand in glove with such hotels ? we qualify for 1 day refund of two rooms ! though it was non refundable booking

Worst experience cockroach on wall looks spacesious in pic but in reality it's very small room even can't move around bed not hygiene too

Staff behaviour good but room quality are average and location is awesome for the mumbai airpoer terminal 1

Not good washrooms as expected at that price and not providing any towels or toothpaste kit as mentioned

It's clean setup in very small space possible. They don't have proper ceiling fan so use wall fan at ceiling, which makes lot of noise. Mind you no complimentary water bottle.

It was a nice hotel for a short stay very near to airport. All basic amenities were available here.

Hotel shangrila's plus point is it is very near to terminal 1 and it is not expensive. However. Rooms are not upto the mark. Wash rooms are substandard. Staff is polite and courteous.

Overall stay was worst. Hotel booking cost was wastage of money. I will never suggest any one to stay in this hotel. It is better to stay on night at railwayplatform instead of booking this hotel room

When inenter this property they are not behaving smoothly. There is no towel no sop no drinking water and no breakfast. During room service their staff asking a tip and when we denied that they behaved roughly. Evene room are not clean properly. Never staying again this property

Very poor service. Zero attention to the customer. They are not providing fresh drinking wate, supplying water in used bottles after complained mmt. Very worst hotel, very small bathroom. It is my advise do not take these hotels with out inspection. If you take these hotels ultimately mmtc will lose the credentials.
