Everything was perfect. room , breakfast, staff , ambience all was perfect. perfect place to relax after a hectic day at work , superb location as well

Had a good stay at Planet Hollywood Hotel, Thane. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The overall ambience was pleasant and relaxing. Staff ( Mr. Om & Mrs. Siddhi) were decent, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. A good experience overall, would recommend for a comfortable stay... ❤️

I really enjoyed my stay at Planet Hollywood Thane. The place is very pretty and well maintained. The staff is very professional, polite and quick with service. I have stayed at many five star hotels and this is definitely one of the best. Always a great experience here and I look forward to coming back again.

While the room was good but somehow very bad smell when I entered Same with the hotel lobby when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel staff though is very courteous! The gym trainer is also excellent fitness guide

I recently visited this place and overall had a decent experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a positive first impression. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which is always appreciated. The surrounding area was okay — nothing particularly special, but also nothing to complain about. While there wasn’t anything that really stood out as exceptional or memorable, it was a solid experience overall.

Food was excellent. Chef accomadidated my wish in serving dinner. Staff attitude was very helpful and caring. Rooms were comfortable.

Not a very good experiment at that price in Hiranandani Thane. Since it is the only hotel in the vicinity I had to choose it.

Yours is a resort and I was a business traveler. The place was a misfit and disappointment. Road to your place is in a terrible shape. I have informed my business contacts not to recommend your hotel. I was shocked that you had not staffed Marathi speaking (local) people. I interacted with ten people only one could speak Marathi. Kids were running around in dining area, opening utensils for fun - no one was disciplining them. Serious safety and sanitary issues. The same related to the food. I would have loved Marathi food emphasis.

My stay at Planet Hollywood was nice. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and tasty food. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the in-room service was good too. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Very modern hotel, comfortable and in nice area. Good qualtiy to price ratio. Nice gym with nice view.

The rooms are very small and old so it does not gives a good experience they should focus on renovations

we checked in pretty late into the night as we were moving house and wanted a place to sleep peacefully over night so we could gain back our energy for the next day ordeals that normally are presented to families moving house. check in was.peaceful and so was the room. we quickly changed and went to sleep only to be woken up to find the air con wasn't working at all , although it made a huge racket. had to call maintenance at 0130 hrs who figured out some mcb had tripped. went back to sleep only to wake up again at 4 to realize the aircon wasn't working again.. the breakfast spread was good though .
