I had an overnight stay at Niranta and it was a good experience. The hotel was neat and clean, safe and staff has been very helpful. It's right at the T2 terminal, so very good location wise. Highly recommended during transit.

The room was good. However, the price for the water bottle was extremely high. They charged us 500 something rupees for a bottle which had an MRP of 130. We ordered two so it should be 260ish. Maybe if you include extra taxes then 300, but they charged more than 500. The tea was like 250, so those are some exorbitant charges. Additionally, the hot water in the shower ran out in like 10 minutes and we had to wait for another half an hour for it to heat again. The reason given to us was that it’s a 35 L tank and hence runs out of hot water. But a 10 min shower isn’t a long enough time. Despite these small issues, I would recommend staying here for the convenience it provides.

My wife and I had a very comfortable stay though only for about 7 to 8 hours. The room was pretty spacious and beds were comfortable. The breakfast spread had variety and was tasty. Overall it was a good experience.

Extremely disappointing service. The bed linen were dirty and stinky. The male staff was rude and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the stay .

Location is excellent for a short stay or transit passenger . Rooms are of reasonable size , but has no windows . But since the main purpose is a shower n sleep it’s perfect anytime of day !!

Didn't try the food due to shortage of time. In bathroom room no.219 flush was not working. There was nobody at the arrival terminal to guide inspite of request in writing. We're senior citizens, so someone should come there. We were staying in room no.219. In the bathroom flush was not working. We are senior citizens and we requested them to send someone at the arrival gate to assist us to reach the hotel which they agreed, but nobody came which was very surprising. Can not comment on food as we stayed only for 4 hours
