Ambiance was good. Neat and clean. Comfortable. Complementary breakfast was good. Good restaurant available udpi. Near to airport. Only issue when cleaning was requested, basic cleaning done. The bath towels were not folded. Garbage bin not cleared.

I’m highly impressed by the hospitality of the staff. Every person in this hotel was so nice, polite, and helpful. In terms of hygiene and food, the hotel falls under the top-notch category. Very comfortable stay and very good staff. Neat and clean. It is a recently very well renovated hotel very near to Mumbai airport and in a good location. Breakfast was buffet with multiple options. Overall A+ experience.

Everything is Excellent. Room interior is very good. This is second time we stayed with Family in this hotel. Only resturent is not in hotel and for this you may order for parcel from Udupi then visit to resturent Udupi. In parcel rate is cheap then in Resturent.
