The resort is located in a remote area and the last 20 km of the road is very bad (if you are coming from Mumbai side) Some of the facilities which were complimentary (kayaking, badminton court etc) were stopped or under maintenance..The activity room is very small compared to the size of the resort, they should definitely have a separate kids activity room rather than combining everything in one ! Overall, for the price it is not an experience worth staying in and I would prefer a different resort next time!

Staff was not very cooperating. It was the day Mumbai was flooded. I asked them for refund or give me some other date for booking they were not very helping at all . No response from resort . Property also very bad noo maintenance. My room type was bee hive nothing as compared to photo shown online. I would never visit again.

Amazing property with so many cool rooms. Stayed at the log cabin room with a river view, nice clean spacious room. The bougainvillea restaurant has nice tasty homely vibes food with lots of variety. The restaurant has a nice view and peaceful seating space. The toy train is a nice fun way to explore the resort. Lots of activities to do - indoor games, outdoor games with a ground, outdoor movie. The only mode of transport is to come by private vehicle as cabs are not available easily to and from the resort.

Very least numbers of occupants found and almost 80% rooms/villas are lying vacant - may be because irrational high tariff. Services were good. The food is the only of highest quality, but that is too expensive. Overall the experience was not satisfactory and it's no way value for mney. Location is good. They should atleast share with travellers which route is better to take. We came via Thane and Nh 848. Pathetic route. For 3 hrs journey it took us 5+ hrs Food - was ok. Not too great. Amenities- poor hospitality. We had to call reception atleast 3 times to send someone to clean the pool. Property is not that well maintained as i would have expected. I would give it 3star. Room rates are too high for the type of service they provide.

Overhyped. Bed linen and towels were dirty. Food was very good. Staff was excellent at their service.

I stayed at Anchaviyo and the experience was not quite average. Firstly, the property is far off and reaching there is quite a task due to horrible road conditions. The property is good but the rooms are just about average with small size and lacks many basic amenities.The food quality is not that great and is quite expensive. Overall, this resort is not worth the price and far from luxury which it claims to be.

Had booked the Property for 2 nights...Overpriced property... very limited variety of Breakfast option so that u have to spend on lunch as there r no option to eat nearby...!Property needs a bit cleaniness.... kidsarea has to much of ants and bugs...service is also slow

loved the location and the resort. would have liked a few changes in our room. we had booked an aaram nest. the placement of bunk beds in the room could have been better also better fans. . our overall experience was really good. helpful staff and good food.

I do not feel value for money. Hospitality need to be improved, specially when they are charging such high. Check In process need to be improved. There was no lock to my room + Bath linen were not proper+ Intercom not functioning. During my tenure, I reached resort at about 12.45PM however got my room possession only at 3.15PM. Non Veg Resturent is appear to be started in a banquet room & it miss live music which Veg Resturent is having. That give very deserted ambience. Joint community activities are missing which other resorts offer. Good points: - Food was good. - Room was neat & clean. Bad Points: - Check in is not well coordinated. I reached resort at around 12.45PM but got my room only at 3.15 PM. - Room's main door lock was not functioning. - I received torn towel. - Room intercom were not working, so no one to raise complaint. - Non veg restaurant have a deserted look, no love music, no bar as like Veg Resturent. Maybe because the resturant is at a banquet hall. - No community activities as like other resorts. - Need to improve a lot in hospitality. Overall Experience: Not worth of spending this much money.

We stayed in boguenvilla rooms, it was comfortable stay. Food was overpriced though . Overall stay was good

The overall stay was really good, food was amazing, breakfast needs more variety since both days it was same food. Property is good.

Our stay was very pleasant, in all aspects. our BVcottage was very cute, clean and beautiful. Room service is excellent. Food offered is good,though rates are quite high. They offer train ride for resort tour. Though being situated on the banks of the river,surrounded by greenery, there were no mosquitoes. The ambience of whole resort is beautifully well maintained. Bicycles are there,those who want to see the resort,gym, children play area, everything is exactly as shown in photos.

Best Ambience with nature view in all the rooms. I had booked Barallel and the view was awesome additional slide attached to the room gave cherry on top. Food served in alcarte was just awesome. All the favourite you get variety of dishes in breakfast. Overall 10/10.

No proper facilities were provided in the room. I didnt had water to drink in my room the entire day yesterday. We called at reception, room service with no response. No indoor play area for kids or activities. I went with my 2.5 yr old kid. Breakfast was average with very minimal spread.

Not worth at all ultra expensive place with zero hospitality and zero class.. worthless place to visit
