Hotel is at prime location near walkable distance from Mumbai international airport. Hotel and rooms are good and clean with a pleasant fragrance. The area around the hotel has dust and an odor. Room size is lower compared to the price. Bed and bedsheet are not very shiny but acceptable.

Despite arriving at 6:00 PM for check-in, the room was clearly not inspected or prepared for a guest, leading to a cascade of unacceptable service failures. The core issues began immediately: 1. Faulty Room Essentials: The air conditioning was non-functional upon arrival. Following a complaint, it took a full hour for a technician to arrive and complete the repair, monopolizing valuable time I needed for preparation. 2. Missing Amenities: The bathroom lacked essential items—the shampoo dispenser was completely empty, and there were no bathroom slippers provided. Both required separate requests and further waiting time. 3. Delayed and Incorrect Service: A simple request for a steam iron and ironing board required multiple follow-up calls. When booking with a self-proclaimed "big brand," one expects a basic level of pre-arrival room inspection and prompt service. The complete lack of preparedness felt like a significant oversight and left me feeling deeply frustrated and cheated. This was not the standard of service I paid for.
