Ginger Noida Sector 133

Not good choice for vegetarians and had to call continuously for towels and napkins . Did booking for 3 pax but towels only for 2 were kept in the room and no napkins Room service was extremely poor ....

In house laundry not available, much varieties in buffet meals are not available, payment made at the time of check, asking for repeat payment

room is small. food is average. Staff at f&b is not attentive and made mistakes in orders. Fried food at breakfast! Poor selection at buffet. Housekeeping didnt follow instructions - repeatedly. Asked for 2 towels for two occupants and they provided only one, No bathroom mat provided. Overall poor compared to last year's stay. Their standard has fallen.

Not as expected . Poor service. Amenities are not as per standard . Service boy are not so familiar with either Hindu or English

extremely poor service, Untidy rooms and rood behavior and service by staff. especially Reception women.

Property was not worth the amount which I had paid. would have got a premium one.

The front desk was really corporative had upgrad without any hassle, need improve in restraunt as last time was better than this time

everything was very bad,from the room to the service , ambience to morning breakfast.Need to improve

The Hotel is really good, plus Mr. Shyam at the Reception is really helpful and cooperative. He helped me throughout, I left a thing there and he helped me to get it back.

Worst property to stay. They don’t solve your problems infact disconnect the call on your face. Food is worst.

Good rooms , delicious food ,good service ,near clean over all good experience *Shower area very small*

I reached hotel at around 11.50 pm , room is not ready, they took more than 20 min to give the room , second guest was expected to reach by 12.45am , I informed reception to give 2nd key to not to disturb me , inspire of 2nd guest request not to call , Mr.shyam duty manager gave call on phone and asked me to keep the door open ....2) your washroom shower is not practical 3) no shower gel ... only shampoo n conditioner 4) only one towel was kept ,

Room Tv remote was not working as well as the washroom was also not clean. But I would say it was value for money for me at least.

It was a pleasant stay except that we had to request them to spray a room freshner and the carpet wasn’t clean. Food is limited and ok. Executive suite is big and nice to stay for a night.

On point service my stay was good. Vardhan & Saurav were helpful during the stay. Riya & Saumya were quick at check in

Hospitality is the prime factor in Hotel industry. Ginger Noida 133 deserves special kudos on this issue..The way the FNB team serves the guests is really exemplary and they deserve special thanks for their hospitality services..Overall I have no reason to ignore Ginger sector 133 for our next stay and future ones.. Thanks

It was a great experience, awesome food and service.Staff were professional and cooperative. I would surely recommend.
