The hotel offered a cosy stay with a location that worked out really well. It’s close to the main highway, just a short distance from the train station, and not too far from the metro, which makes moving around the city convenient. The room looked exactly like the pictures, well-kept and equipped with most of the amenities you would expect at the price point. One downside I noticed was the in-room dining—the prices were on the higher side. I’d suggest stepping out for a short walk instead, as you’ll easily find good food around at much more reasonable rates. What stood out for me was the service. Even though the hotel was fully booked, they managed to arrange an early check-in without any hassle. That little gesture made the overall experience a lot smoother and more welcoming.

Ginger hotel is at good location. Front office staff is really helpful. Food is delicious with full buffet and live music. Enjoyed it!

The hotel services, food , location was awesome, all we need get in the one roof. Reception response was good, luggage facility available. rate also good at the time we need, just one thing to be change if there is bigger bed size available then it would be great to stay here.

Compact but clean rooms, courteous staff, and convenient location. Good for budget travelers, but room size might be a challenge for some. Overall, a decent stay.

My stay was comfortable. Vardhan and Ganesh were very helpful! I stayed here for two nights and had no problems.

The Stay was nice and The View was even better ! 😁 The Room was enough for me to Sleep Peacefully! Ganesh and Vardhan were helpful too during our Stay ! Thank You and Will definitely visit again !

I am highly disappointed with my recent experience through MakeMyTrip. Their marketing is misleading while booking, the platform shows that a certain room category allows check-in up to 2 hours earlier. However, after selecting and paying for that option, the hotel simply refuses and makes guests wait, saying early check-in is subject to availability. If that is the case, then why charge extra and highlight it as a confirmed feature? On top of that, the hotel staff’s attitude was extremely unprofessional. The front office manager and team members were not only unhelpful but also rude in their behavior, making the overall experience even worse.

Hotel was very average, wall was not properly painted and was very chalky, i just took the wall support and my shirt colour was white from back. Bed sheets were also not cleaned properly, Very embarrassing experience.

You can hear the train passing by noise plus the neighbours we had were so noisy, couldn’t sleep whole night.

Great breakfast and good rooms , easy checkin without any hassle. Breakfast spreads is good right before you go for conferences.
