The food was ok, rooms were also good but washroom could be a bit better at this price range for day use u can expect a bit good things, location was excellent also they joined two single beds making a double bed and they provided 2 blankets of single bad that was disappointing

It's not the Ginger I used to know. The facility is old, poorly maintained and the food is expensive.

Not a good experience because Room cleanenc is Zero and Bed is Not Comfortable bedsheet is not clean.. Food and Location is 👍

I have tried to book a day night stay unfortunately you booked the day only... It is too disappointing

Services are Poor, For water Bottle need to wait for 1 & half hour , then they said they only having one house keeping staff, Room are not cleaned, pillows and beds are very uncomfortable, specially pillows are too old and even you are getting good pillow in railways, accessories in bathroom are broken

The room was not clean, toiletries were used by previous guests. The room was pathetic. no one received the phone on reception late at night even though charges was more than the room was very bad

Terrible stay, pathetic hotel seems more like low class lodge, poor hygiene with dirty linens towels and washroom. Poor Wi-Fi even watsapp doesn’t work properly. No assistance, no staff assistance proper. Would nvr suggest this for anyone to stay.

Being a Ginger hotel, my expectations were high. However, I was in for some disappointment, mainly due to these three specific things. 1. After checking in, my government ID card (Aadhar) was not returned. When I remembered, I had to go back to the Reception; demanded the card and then it was returned. The Reception staff may be educated regarding the importance of government ID, that too in a place far away from home of the guests. 2. After checking in, wrong key (card) of the room was given. I struggled for about 10 minutes to open the room with the card given to me. I had to inform the Reception and a master key (card) was sent to open the door. ( One reason why I ticked as not so safe for women travellers in Level 2 of this review.) Then I was told that the card given to me was not activated. I had to go back to the Reception to get the card activated. The Reception staff may be a little more alert about such important things. 3. At the dining hall, breakfast time displayed is 07.30 am. However, even by 08.00 am, main items were not ready. I had to constantly urge the Dining Hall In-Charge to make available at least 1 main item. In spite of the urgings, I was late for the conference, the only purpose of my Delhi visit. The staff responsible for the dining items may be educated about the importance of adhering to the time schedule. ( In fact, 7.30 am itself is a bit late for making available the breakfast for a hotel mainly catering to business travellers . ) In short, the staff in general can be better trained to appreciate seemingly small things from their view point, but vital from the guests' point of view.

It was my worst experience ever with this franchise, staff was totally unresponsive, I waited for more than a hour for checkin and even after the same I've stay for more than 2 hours in single occupancy room which is when I paid for double occupancy.

This is my permanent place of stay. I chose Ginger only for my visits, as it provides all facilities with excellent quality. The location is great, the food is delicious, and the cleanliness is outstanding. Ms. Rashmi is very attentive and handles everything with professionalism and warmth.
