Ginger east delhi hotels best hotel in ncr and ginger staff very supportive especially Rashmi and Rohit api

Praveen n alam were there , best hospitality serious and one more thing is food also good both guys at a reception very friendly nature

One of the worst stay i ever experienced in ginger group of companies , the property is very old with broken furnitures in the rooms and also blankets were not washed properly having stains , even toilets are not clean it's full of untidy strains all over the floors .Really it's a pathetic stay for me .

Food and service excellent but no running hot water available.They arranged a bucket

Even though check in time is 2:00,bi reached hotel at 7:45 pm, they says room is not ready. It will take 10 mins, but they took 30 mins for check in process. My category was bigger room (225 so ft), they give room of 144 so ft.. the room which was given there where hair on linen and on floor. Says to compensate this, we will offer complimentary buffet dinner, as I’m jain they says only Dal, roti, rice and sweet are available in jain food.
