Pearl Residency Inn hotel

There was no TV as promised AC was not working properly alongwith no remote for the ac No dustbin was there in the room . When i arrived there was leftover garbage in the almirah of the previous stay people. Room was dusty and dust on the floor could be felt while walking bare foot.

Room were clean, staff was good and understanding, as I got late to checkout they allow me and helped me

The rooms the ambiance are ok for a single person like me who travels often to new destination and have no much expectations but the basic necessities were missing like water, toletries. You have to ask each and everytime to on the water supply. The bedsheets are torn. Gidger was there but no hot water. Asking for water heater the person did not came. Main thing wifi is there but it works only in ground floor. When asked why it's not working in third floor where as you are providing room to customer he was silent. Overally third grade hotel and my stay was terrible.

the room at pearl residency inn hotel was average-looking with an outdated o-general window ac. though the floor was clean, it lacked proper maintenance. the bed was stinky, and the high price felt unjustified, especially since i’ve stayed in better rooms for just ₹700 before. disappointing experience overall.. but the staff is very helpful. they brought toilet paper 🧻 and also helped me in getting my zomato order, provided my water bottle. overall good behavior and helpful.

Rude staff behaviour, nothing is clean - not the sheets, pillow, not the bathroom. Paint peeling off the ceilings. Please make sure the pictures match the place. Horrible experience.

I booked a room as it was cheaper than booking directly. However, the hotel staff seemed annoyed, likely because they were earning a smaller margin. I had booked a deluxe room, but none of the rooms matched that description. They made us wait for 1 hours before allotting a room, initially claiming that only rooms with common washrooms were available. After waiting until 12:00, we were given a room that was far from proper. While it had a washroom, there was no water supply, forcing us to use the common washroom. The room had a door but no lock. When we asked for a key, they said they didn’t have one and assured us that everyone leaves their luggage with trust, and it would be safe. The water supply was inadequate, and when we complained early in the morning (as it was urgent to use the washroom), the receptionist was rude and shouted at us, saying there were other customers too and that he wouldn’t fill the water tank. He told us to do whatever we wanted. The experience was horrible—terrible rooms, terrible service, and rude staff. This place shouldn’t even be categorized as a hotel. It doesn’t deserve even a single star, but unfortunately, there’s no option to give zero. not recommended to anyone. I

The hotel didn’t have any parking and this was not informed beforehand. This led to us eventually not staying and not having a good experience

They refused to give me room on same price that i book on make my trip i wanna delete this app after bad experience plzz do something good with this aap

My booking was unknowingly shifted by mmt from pearl residency to hotel arrow. The rooms were disastrous, filthy, and dirty. Want my money back from mmt
