There were mosquitoes bed sheet was soiled and lipstick marks cigarette holes

We booked. But, on arrival, the hotel staff told us that,, we have to pay the extra amount. On asking. If u had called us before check in, they we would have informed u about extra charges. we paid rest 467- and checked in the room. They hadn't kept ready our room even after 4 hrs of due check in time. We had to wait for the entire room cleaning process.

Terrible rooms/bathroom / loud ac/ loud traffic noice in the room and their entire facility. Staff was reasonable

Was charged 400 rs extra. I show them my booking details but they asked for extra. Room was clean and washroom had very dirty dustbin. Duvet had cigarette burn marks on it, hotel staff apart from charging 400 extra, was good and courteous.

During my stay, i was impressed by the exceptional quality of service provided by the staff. This place is just fantastic.

It was a terrible experience.Never booking OYO again.They did not give a place to stay and send us to another property.Initially they told us to go by ourselves and didnt even let us know which property they are sending.

Hotel person denied the checkin and asking to pay more for the booking which i have paid directly to the hotel after case escalate to mm t team, as they are unable to resolve the issue,
