Super Hotel O Gorchuk Guwahati

Paid in advance Breakfast inclusive, but hotel refused to provide breakfast. Location also looks very shady and road condition is very bad.

They mentioned 2 hours early check-in and check-out gurantee but charged extra. The pillow cover has lipstick marks which I guess is not washed. The charging port by the bed needs to be fixed. Had to use the tap as the shower doesn’t work. The location is quiet and homely. The bumpy roads to the hotel is the main reason why drivers rejects or charged extra than the regular fares. Considering the rates, it’s quite fair but it’d be good if they can change what they put up in the internet if they wouldn’t follow what they posted

Booked a room for 1 D/N there. The staff were helpful, but they should pay more attention to the hygiene of the bed sheets and blankets, as they were quite dirty. We ordered Veg Fried Rice, Chicken Masala, Puri Sabji, Aloo Paratha, chai, and coffee. The Aloo Paratha was the best among them. However, the plates and glasses provided were not very clean either.

In the morning also one other staff came and started talking to us rudely. Only one guy was decent and spoke to us politely. Later when I ordered food from outside one guy was very angry and started misbehaving. I told him repeatedly that I am a pure vegetarian and I don’t eat in a place where non-veg is cooked. But he did not listen, and then others came and started misbehaving. We had to pay 2 days' rent for staying there for 16 hours. We were coming back from a Singapore and Malaysia trip with a smile but this hotel gave us nightmares. I suggest never ever book this hotel. They need serious hotel management training

The hotel was value for money price wise and because of it's proximity to isbt. The entry road to the hotel was very poor and shady to say the least. Could at-least give complimentary water bottles.

The rooms were large and spacious, offering a great retreat. The friendly and helpful staff ensured a perfect stay.

Check-in was seamless, and the staff handled everything efficiently. The rest of the stay was smooth and comfortable too.

Stay was average- few points to be improved. 1. The road to the hotel is not at all good. The road is not constructed. Approx 300m. 2. Hygiene is not all all good, hotel cleanliness is 1 star. 3. Staff are really late in serving orders. 1 tea can take up to 45min of wait time. 4. Not recommended at all for family.

Food provided by the villa is good. Complimentary drink was provided free that is also good. Room & bathroom is also good. Bed was very comfortable for a good sleep. Overall the stay was good and the villa is surrounded by green plants so it was a good stay.
