Room and everything was good But when we entered to the reception 1 hour early and asked for a room Because it was cleaning mentioned early checkin And when I asked the receptionist for a room He asked extra 300 rs for early check-in When I clearly mentioned about early check in He said we don't have a vacant room So I asked him what if we pay 300 how will we get a room He said he will ask another customer to leave That was soo bad And I even saw a couple leaving the hotel And when I asked the receptionist can we go He was soooo arrogant saying we have to pay 300 only So we paid 300 just for 1 hour early

The experience was okay for my purpose of stay. I stay nearby and I was moving into a new place and needed a place temporarily for 5 days. The reception staff were helpful. I was assigned a spacious room. However the room was not cleaned before I moved in . The bathroom had a dirty smell. There were no toiletries provided such as dental kit,handwash etc. The towels had dirt on it and the bed sheet was torn and had some dirt. The 5th floor where I stayed had no Wi-Fi. They had informed me before but I was okay with it. The other floors had WiFi . Also the fifth floor has no drinking water can outside like the other floors so they provided small Bisleri bottles. Location wise, The super town house is in the main road ( 100ft Road and all necessities are around) . There was no kettle or tea or coffee sachets but they had ac small refrigerator. This facility could improve in terms of the promptness of the staff and the cleanliness of the items they provide( clean washed towels and neat bedsheets) and also it would be great if they provide handwash and toiletries . I had request the reception staff few times to send the housekeeping boys to clean the room which they did instantly. They also allowed me complementary late check out of 2 hours etc was part of my package. I had booked for a 5 nights stay. I got a exclusive discount and also my Make my trip points and finally I ended up paying for a room only type service with no meals. If you need breakfast they will order or you can order via food delivery apps. The food delivery agents will deliver to your room.

No room..service no amenities as mentioned It should not be open for corporate bookings

The stay was an terrible experience.. checkin process was dead slow and the person at front desk was lethargic and refused to talk in English , i made a booking for 3 adult.. he refused to let us checkin . also we had informed to property manager for a small refresh post which was again refused by person at checkin desk

Very bad rooms. Room allotted had the smell of smoke and they did not change the room. Bed linen was the dirty with lots of stains and some other liquid. It was clear that linen was not washed in days. Check in experience was bad with a young guy who cared the least. Bathroom was dirty and the overall room was. Though i paid for two nights i had to find another hotel nearby and move there before even spending a night.

The stay is terrible. The washroom was not good and broken. The room is full of cockroaches. Ac is not working, and fan is working slowly and full of cigarettes smell

The location of the property is good, but there are several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. There are no restaurants or food options in this property – you’ll have to rely entirely on online food delivery apps like Zomato or Swiggy. While the room ambience is decent, the staff lacks professionalism. One of the biggest letdowns was poor cleanliness – I stayed for 3 days, and not once was my room cleaned or housekeeping provided. There were bugs all around, and basic amenities like shampoo, body wash, and dental kits were missing. To make things worse, the TV wasn't working either. This place has potential but needs serious attention to service and hygiene.

There were coachroaches in the room. Also mosquitoes. No All Out was provided. Extremely dusty and unhygienic.

I stayed at this hotel for two days and, unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. The room was not clean upon arrival — the floor was very dusty, and the bedspreads looked used and unwashed. The washroom was also not properly cleaned, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the hygiene standards for future guests.

Extreme issue with Water, they denied to give you water. No hot water in tap. even they do not offer or ask your breakfast if it is included in your stay.

Hotel room is okay but poor service two days no hot water and responsible from anybody. TV is not working . No service from room boys or from the reception. I stayed only because my work spote near. Next definitely I will not come here. Worest service

The room were fine. The mats and towels weren’t amazing. The ceiling had dirt and the walls weren’t clean. Service could’ve been better and the staff didn’t seem very proactive. The keys were faulty. Would exptect a better service for the amount paid
