1.Lift was not working 2. Room was not ready at 1.00pm even check in was at 12.00pm 3. Brakefast is supplied in room that too was a masala dosa poor 4 Room was having Big Ac vent 5. window was transperant and no curtain fortunately I was alone 6.They ask for check out at 11.45 pm though my check out was at 12.00pm 7. The rooms reeked of. cigarettes, the Hotel staff ,sprayed som room freshner for the same the bedsheets were dirty ,the floor was sticky and the washrooms though neat , looked very shabby.
