Mixed Experience – Some Highs, Some Letdowns Stayed here recently and found the breakfast spread quite good, with a decent variety and taste. However, dinner did not meet expectations in terms of quality and options. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, which is a plus. I had requested an upgrade, but was given the same Business Room that I had originally booked via MMT. When I inquired, the receptionist claimed it was an upgrade — which was quite confusing and felt misleading. One of the main reasons for choosing this Howard Johnson by Wyndham, Hebbal was the rooftop swimming pool, which my daughter was really looking forward to. Unfortunately, we were informed upon arrival that it was under renovation. This was not mentioned on their website or MMT at the time of booking, contrary to what the staff claimed — very disappointing. Also, I felt that the staff at the reception and reservation/telephone desk could be more courteous and professional. Perhaps I expected too much from a 3-star property, but basic politeness and clarity in communication should be standard. Overall, the Howard Johnson by Wyndham, Hebbal has potential, but transparency and service attitude need serious improvement.

I had very pleasant stay there. Rooms are very well maintained. Amenities in Howard Johnson by Wyndham, Hebbal are modern and perfectly working. House keeping, room service, front desk, restaurant all staff are very very polite, humble and co-operative. One minor issue I noticed that breakfast menue was repeating everyday. But nice food and price. Overall hospitality of their team was remarkably good 😊

Location good, hospitality good, room cleanliness needs to improve, washroom shower body bit old/ lots of stain marks need to replace, bathroom kits condition good, food good with a lot of variety splly in buffet breapkfast.Pool needs to start , rest all fine

Overall, good place, good amenities in the room, good service but AC is an issue in some rooms in 7th Floor. Swimming pool was not functional so that is a miss

Excellent stay! Very curtious staff and food is great too. Overall a perfect blend of all at a great price! Truely recommend!

early check in option should be there and need more ample parking for the vehicles with valet parking
